entity attacker -- Entity responsible for the damage.
entity ignore -- Entity to not apply damage to.
entity pushIgnore -- Entity to not apply push to.
integer damage -- Index of the damageDef to apply.
float damageScale -- Factor to scale applied damage by.
float pushScale -- Factor to scale applied push by.
