A brush entity indicating the deployable area of the map. Players may only place deployables within the X/Y extents of this brush.

Because only the X/Y extents of the brush are considered, this brush is usually only a few units tall and placed in the sky so it is out of the way.

This entity typically also consists of a sequence of key/value pairs, with the value of each referring to a TGA file. These TGA files are used by the game as masks to work out precisely where deployables can be placed, where the MCP can go and where the MCP may be redeployed.
