Entity func bobbing

Generic bobbing entity. It will bob on the Z axis by default.
- set to 1 to rotate around x-axis.
- set to 1 to rotate around y-axis.
- amplitude of bob.
- seconds to complete a bob cycle.
- the 0.0 to 1.0 offset in the cycle to start at.
- damage to inflict when blocked.
- sound to play when opening.
- sound to play when closing.
- looping sound for it's opened state.
