Entity light vis dummy

Allows a light_inside entity to cast light through portals.
By default, light_inside entities only cast light and shadows inside the area in which they are placed, and will not pass light nor shadows through portals. In order to get them to cast light through portals, a light_vis_dummy should be placed on the other side of the portal and targetted by the light.
